If cigarette butts are littered on the ground, and or house is left with smell of smoked substances, guests will be charged extra cleaning fee of $175.

We try to use all hypo-allergic and all cotton as much as possible in our choice of linens and towels, so expect wrinkles on them.
Seasonal monthly rental available at STARTING rate $4800 per month, covers utilities up to $400 a month and that means total of wifi+basic cable and gas, electricity, water, and trash.
3-6 month rent is available and guests pay for their own utilities.
